The company PRIBOR I OPREMA d.o.o. implements the project “Increasing the competitiveness of PRO d.o.o. investing in digital and green transition “, which is implemented within the Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020 and the tender” Strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises by investing in digital and green transition “, KK.11.1.1.01.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project “Increasing the competitiveness of PRO d.o.o. investing in digital and green transition includes building our own production space with built-in renewable energy sources such as solar panels and heat pumps, raising the technological level of production by purchasing laser cutting machines, software for business digitization, computer equipment and educating employees to work with newly introduced technology solutions. In this way, the improvement of business processes, the increase of the quality of the raw material preparation process and the reduction of unit costs of products will be achieved.
A significant contribution to the digitalization of the production process will be achieved through the implementation of a high-tech machine for laser cutting of metals, which contributes to green transformation by saving energy as well as the circular economy. The integration of a software solution for personnel management and equipping with modern computer equipment contributes to the digitalization of the business organization. The construction of energy-efficient production and business space that will optimize logistics procedures with purpose-built space contributes to green transformation.
The project includes the following activities:

OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT
General objective: to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs by preparing a green, digital and resilient economic recovery by encouraging energy efficient and / or technologically advanced production and innovative business models to develop new competencies, increase production, increase exports and preserve existing ones and encourage and create new jobs places.
Specific objectives: to strengthen the position on the regional and European market, to increase technological and spatial capacities by adapting business through green and digital transition, to increase the share of exports to neighboring countries.
Successful implementation of the project for PRO d.o.o. the following results will be achieved:
Increased export income, strengthening the position on the domestic market, placing products on new markets
Newly introduced technological solutions related to green and digital goals
Retaining existing and creating new jobs
Increased sales revenue with better utilization of input raw materials
Increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of business through better interaction with customers, optimization / digitalization of business processes and green transition.
